    Eligibility Criteria for MBBS in Russia

    Apart from meeting the above eligibility criteria, the candidates must also obtain a student visa to study medicine in Russia.

    • They must have completed 17 years on or before 31st December of their admission.
    • They must have passed their 10+2 level examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English as individual subjects, and must have obtained at least 55% marks combined in these subjects.
    • Candidates who have completed their 12th class under the 10+2 scheme of Senior School Certificate Examination, Intermediate Science, or an equivalent examination from a recognized Board or University, must have studied Physics, Chemistry, and Biology, including practical tests in these subjects, along with English as a compulsory subject.
    • Aspirants must have passed the NEET exam.

    Documents Required for Admission

    Students who wish to opt for MBBS in Russia must meet a set of requirements to be eligible for admission.

    • Firstly, they must provide a birth certificate as age proof. In addition, one must submit mark sheets from the 10th and 12th-grade examinations, along with a certificate of conduct and transfer certificate from the last school attended.
    • Students must also submit NEET mark sheets and a valid passport with 18 months of validity.
    • Furthermore, a student visa and a few passport-sized photographs are required.
    • Additionally, Indian students must obtain a no objection certificate for MBBS admission in Russia
    • Lastly, the report of an HIV test is mandatory in medical universities in Russia. In addition to the documents mentioned above, bank statements are also required for submission to secure seats in MBBS programs in Russia.

    Admission Procedure for MBBS in Russia

    You will receive the Visa within 20 days from the day of submission of documents. After receiving the visa, book your flight ticket and fly to Russia. Upon arrival in Russia, show the migration card and passport to the immigration officer. You will get a stamped entry into Russia. You can go to your university and submit the following documents to the university authorities:

    • Migration Card (obtained at the airport).
    • Original passport and 2 photocopies of the passport.
    • Admission Letter from University.
    • 8 Passport size photographs (3×4 cm).
    • Medical Certificate of HIV/AIDS Negative issued by an authorized Russian Medical Organization.
